Further Delay

I'm sorry everyone, again there will be a delay of the release. I am busy with my final semester exam (about 2 weeks worth) which cause this delay. The translation is ready and the scans also, what's left is the type setting (my part) and a quality checking (Schtolteheim's).

I will try to release the third chap, approximately this Thursday.
